Hi, I’m Erica! I’ve always had a heart for helping people grow through life’s seasons. In 2016, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling for Christian Ministry, and in 2020, I founded 

For Every Season Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to Christ-centered care, support, and connection.

Through my time working in a prison, I began to see that grief is about so much more than the loss of a loved one. Later, while working in a funeral home, I witnessed how little support is available to families navigating the pain of death and loss. These combined experiences led me to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute in 2021.

In 2024, I officially stepped into my calling as a Christian Coach—though, in truth, I’d been walking with others and coaching them through life’s challenges for several years already. Now, I’m honored to help people connect more deeply with God, themselves, and the people around them, offering a safe, faith-filled space for healing, growth, and transformation. Whether you're navigating a season of change, seeking healing, or just need someone to walk alongside you, I'm here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

I am currently a resident of the Mahoning Valley, living with my husband, Curtis, and our crazy beagle! We enjoy watching hockey, attending live music events, and spending time with our family—including three children and five grandchildren, as well as siblings, cousins, and friends who have become like family.
