Understanding My Fees

You might wonder why there’s a fee for these programs, even though I run a nonprofit ministry. Here’s the short answer:

Fees help ensure the value of the services is recognized, encourage commitment, and cover necessary expenses like program materials, office costs, and professional training.

At the same time, financial limitations are never a barrier. Any requests for adjustments are reviewed individually by my Board of Directors to make sure everyone who wants support can participate.

In addition to these paid programs, I also offer some free programs and resources. The best way to stay up to date is to follow me on social media, check my website’s events page, or sign up for my email list.

Life Coaching Pricing/Packages

Discovery Session

FREE!

A one-time discovery session (up to 6o minutes) to explore your goals and see if coaching is a good fit for you. Discovery sessions are available in-person, online, or offsite (at a public place of your choosing). No pressure, no commitment. Let's see if we're a good fit!

(Discovery Sessions are required before booking coaching packages.)

Coaching Session

$75

Face-to-face coaching session that lasts 60 minutes. Can be conducted online or in person, as chosen by the client.

Group Coaching Session*

$40

Group coaching is held weekly (unless otherwise arranged/available) onsite or online. Clients can choose which to attend. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes.

Prayer and Meditation Room

$10 (Suggested Donation)

This room is available in 30-minute increments for prayer, meditation, relaxation, rejuvenation, or anything along those lines. This is the suggested donation for this room's use. You do not need to have a consultation before using this room.

Three-Month Packages

Foundations (Just the Basics)

Foundations is a 3-month basic coaching experience. It’s ideal if you’re seeking clarity, direction, and structured support to get started. This package includes 6 One-on-One, Face-to-Face Sessions; 1 support call** (approximately 15 minutes); and unlimited email/text support**.

Elevate (Individual Coaching)

$375

The Elevate package is a deeper, more personalized 3-month journey with greater accountability and tailored strategies for your growth. It includes everything in the “Foundations” package, plus 6 Prayer/Meditation Room Sessions (30 minutes, in-person only) or6 Guided Meditations (30 minutes, online only) and 2 additional support calls**(for a total of 3 calls of approximately 15 minutes).

Thrive (Individual + Group)

$540

The Thrive package comprises a powerful blend of private coaching and group connection for expanded insight, support, and transformation. This package includes everything in the “Elevate” package, with the addition of 1 Group Curriculum* in Spiritual Formation, Stress Management, or Positivity/Hope. Groups meet once a week for 6 weeks and are subject to sufficient participation (minimum of 3 participants).

Six-Month Packages

Foundations Plus

Foundations Plus is a continuation of my Foundations package. More than an introductory package, Foundations Plus helps you build long-term clarity and direction at a steady, sustainable pace. Ideal for those who want consistent support without the extras. This package includes 12 One-on-One, Face-to-Face Sessions; 2 support calls** (approximately 15 minutes); and unlimited email/text support**.

Elevate Enhanced (Individual Coaching)

The Elevate Enhanced package is an extended personal journey to refine your goals, overcome deeper blocks, and stay accountable over time. It includes everything in the “Foundations Plus” package, plus 12 Prayer/Meditation Room Sessions (30 Min, in-person only) or 12 Guided Meditations (30 min, online only) and 4 additional support calls (for a total of 6 calls** of approximately 15 minutes).

Thrive Expanded (Individual + Group)

The Thrive Expanded package is the best of both worlds—private coaching paired with a growth-focused group experience. Designed for lasting transformation with added support and connection. This package includes everything in the “Elevate Enhanced” package, with the addition of 2 Group Curricula in Spiritual Formation, Stress Management, or Positivity/Hope. Groups* meet once a week for 6 weeks and are subject to sufficient participation (minimum of 3 participants).

Group Coaching

The Collective (Group Only)

$195

Join The Collective – a supportive community where you can grow with others, share breakthroughs, and stay accountable. The Collective includes 1 Group Curriculum* in Spiritual Formation, Stress Management, or Positivity/Hope. Groups meet once a week for 6 weeks and are subject to sufficient participation (minimum of 4 participants). This package also includes 3 PRN Calls (15-min) via Phone or Teleconference and Unlimited Email/Text Support PRN (During Business Hours).

*Group coaching sessions are most effective when shared with others, which is why a minimum of three participants is needed. If we don’t meet that number, sessions may be postponed or canceled. I truly appreciate your understanding, as enrollment is something I can’t always control. That said, I’m hopeful the right group will come together soon, and I’d love for you to be part of it. ** Phone calls and email/text support are only available during regular business hours and are initiated by the client.
