Some wonder why For Every Season charges fees despite being a non-profit/ministry. There are several reasons. First, charging fees enhances perceived value, strengthens client commitment, and reduces dropout rates. Second, fees cover essential expenses like office supplies, program materials, rent, and professional costs such as certifications and training. I accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Cash and checks are preferred, due to additional fees incurred using credit/debit cards. Bounced checks incur an additional $25 fee (depending on bank fees) and may pause coaching services. I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit on all packages. For Every Season Ministries does not typically offer refunds for services rendered, as payments support our ongoing operations and commitments.
I also understand that financial difficulties are real, and I vow that financial hardship will never prevent access to services. Upon request, prospective clients can complete a financial support request. Then, the Board of Directors will review each request individually. This is my way of ensuring that everyone receives the support they need.
